-ሎት 3 ፡ በፈረንሳይ ፓርክን የችግኝ ጣቢያውን ሳይጨምር ሙሉ ለሙሉ ለሶስተኛ ወገን በማስተላለፍ እንዲተዳደር ለማከራየት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በኪራይ ማስተላለፍ ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች

ተጋብዘዋል፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ አለበት ፡፡

2. ፓርኮቹ ውስጥ ገብቶ ለመስራት ፍቃደኛ የሆነና የተቋማችን ጋር ውል ገብቶ በገበያ ጥናት እና የመነሻ ዋጋ መሰረት ተወዳድረው አስፈላጊውን ክፍያ የሚከፍልና በውሉ መሰረት ግዴታውን መወጣት የሚችል፡፡

3. የሚሰጠውን አገልግሎት የሚገልጽ አጭር እና ግልጽ ፕሮፖዛል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡

4. በግቢ ያሉ ፋውንቴኖችንና ፣ መናፈሻዎችን ፣ የመጸዳጃ ቤቶችን ፣ የጽዳት ፣ የጥበቃ፣ የተለያዩ ጥገናዎችን ከሌሎች ተከራዮች ጋር በመሆኑ ማስጠገን ፣ መቆጣጠርና በአግባቡ ማስተዳደር የሚችል፡፡

5. ለህዝብ የሚሰጡ አገልግሎቶችን ተመጣጣኝ የገበያ ዋጋ ለማቅረብ ፍቃደኛ የሆነ፡፡

6. ኮርፖሬሽኑና የከተማ አስተዳደሩ በሚወጣው የስራ ሰአት ፣ ቅዳሜ እና እሁድ በአላትን እንዲሁም ምሽትን ጨምሮ አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችል፡፡

7. አሸናፊነት ከታወቀ በኋላና ውል ከወሰደ በኋላ በ3 ቀን ውስጥ ስራ መጀመር የሚችል፡፡

8. ስታንዳርዱን የጠበቀ እና የኮሊደር ልማቱን የሚመጥን እቃዎችን ይዞ መግባት የሚችል፡፡

9. ከተቻለ በሬስቶራንት ፣ በካፌ እና ህዝብ መዝናኛ ፓርክ ላይ ልምድ ያለውና መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል

10. ተጫራቾች ለሎት አንድ እና ሁለት 50,000.00 (ሀምሳ ሺ ብር) ሎት 3 100,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሺ ብር) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሲፒኦ ወይም ባንክ ጋራንቲ በህዝብ መዝናኛ ቦታዎች አስተዳደር ኮርፖሬሽን ስም ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

11. ተጫራቾች የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 500 አምስት መቶ ብር / ቦሌ ማተሚያ ፊት ለፊት ገባ ብሎ የድሮው ፒኮክ መናፈሻ ግቢ ውስጥ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ አስር ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ከጠዋት 2፡30 እስከ 11፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ በመቅረብ መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡

12. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ፋይናንሻል ዶከመንት ለብቻ እና ቴክኒካል ዶክመንት ለብቻ በማሸግ እና ሁለቱንም ለየብቻ ኮፒ በማድረግ በፖስታ በማሸግ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ሳጥኑ እስከሚታሸግበት ከoኛው ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን በኋላ ባለው 1ኛው ቀን ጠዋት 4፡00 ድረስ ለዚህ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

13. ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በኛው የስራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ በዚያው ቀን ጠዋት 4፡30 ቦሌ ማተሚያ ፊት ለፊት ገባ ብሎ የድሮው ፒኮክ መናፈሻ ግቢ በግዥና ንብረት ዳይሬክትሬት ቢሮ ውስጥ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

14 የጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ላይ የሚውል ከሆነ በቀጣዩ ሰኞ በተጠቀሰው ሰዓት ተዘግቶ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

15. ዘግይቶ የደረሰ የጨረታ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

16. ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ስተጨማሪ መረጃ፡-ስስክ ቁጥር 0703614456 /0977246014 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

የፍ/ባለመብት አቶ ሰለሞን አሰፋ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ ቻይና ሐንጄን ኮንስትራክሽን ኃ የተ የግ/ማ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌደራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ ቁጥር 298184 በ17/0/2014 ዓ.ም በ5/1/2014 ዓ.ም እና መ/ቁ 01539 በ28/2/2015 ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በቦሌ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 12 ቶኩማ የመኪና ማቆሚያ ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኝው የሲቁኮድ3 A03102 ኢት የደረቅ ጭነት መኪና የሐራጅ ሽያጭ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 1 800 000 (አንድ ሚሊዬን ስምንት መቶ ሺ ብር) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ግንቦት 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል። የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ በ4፡30 ሰዓት ጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል። የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ዳይሬክቶሬት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የስራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ዳይሬክቶሬት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ጀምሮ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፓርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ መጎብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን ግምት ሀ4 ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ C.P.O ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል። ከ4ኛ አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ C.P.O የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም። በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ አ/ዳ/ስም C.P.O አሰርተው በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በተከፈተ አሰርቶ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ5 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት። በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳያደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደረጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታ ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍአ ዳይሬክቶሬት ንብረትነቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሀራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመፃፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዞወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።

1. CARE Ethiopia now invites all eligible contractors of category GC-6/WWC-6 and above who are financially and technically capable to furnish the necessary full construction service (supply of both labor and supply of industrial and local construction and consumable materials) for the construction works of six projects:

1. The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the East African Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Providing Training and Commissioning of OSS-Based Network Performance Quality of Service Monitoring System.

2. The Ministry of Innovation and Technology, East African Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Proposers for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Providing Training and Commissioning of OSS- Based Network Performance Quality of Service Monitoring System.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement

Regulations for IPF Borrowers" 5th Edition, September 2023 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 30% and for Bid cost: 70%.

5. Invitation for Bids

Re: Procurement of Works (SSIP)

Ref: SRS-BOA-PACT-NCB-W/1/25

1. The Ministry of Agriculture has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and EU the financing of which is being administered by IFAD and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of the financing to this purchase. The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD's approval, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD's rules, policies and procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents and employees shall be held harmless from and against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in connection with Participatory Agriculture & Climate Transformation Programme.

2. The Participatory Agriculture & Climate Transformation Programme aims to contribute to poverty reduction and improved resilience of the target rural households.' The Programme Development Objective (PDO) is to 'enable 150,000 rural households (men, women, youth and persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in selected kebeles to sustainably improve incomes, food and nutrition security and build resilience to shocks. The Programme will be implemented in 9 regional states (Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, central Ethiopia, Southern Ethiopia, Afar, SWE (South West Ethiopia), Sidama, and Somali). The Programme will be implemented over a seven-year period.

3. The employer now invites sealed bids from eligible entities (bidders) who are Grade 2 and Above Contractors Lol, Lot 2 and Lot 3. And Grade 3 and above for Lot 4, for the execution and completion Small Scale Irrigation Project [Solar powered Irrigation Infrastructure of works, which are being bid as a unit price contract based on the bill of quantities.

4. This IFB is open to all eligible bidders who wish to participate. Subject to the restrictions stipulated in the bidding document, eligible bidders may associate with other bidders to enhance their capacity to successfully carry out the works.

5. The works, and the contract/s expected to be awarded, are divided into the following lots:

 Lot 1 Anode I SSIP

 Lot 2-Anode IISSIP

 Lot3-Bulehan SSIP

Lot 4-Bundeda SSIP

6. A contractor will be selected using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method in accordance with the IFAD Procurement Handbook accessible at www.ifad.org/project-procurement. The NCB process will include a review and verification of qualifications and past performance, including a reference check, prior to the contract award.

7. Please note that a pre-bid conference will be held as described in the bid data sheet ("BDS"), Section II of the bidding document.

8. Bidders interested in submitting a bid shall purchase the bidding document against payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,200.00 (One thousand two Hundred birr only for each Lot)] by sending an e-mail or letter, giving full contact details of the bidder, to the following point of contact. Subject: Procurement of Solar pump irrigation system with drilling

1. The Bureau of Agriculture, Central Ethiopia Regional State has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) the financing of which is being administered by IFAD and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of the financing to this purchase. The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD's approval, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD's rules, policies and procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents and employees shall be held harmless from and against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in connection with Central Ethiopia Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Participatory Agriculture & Climate Transformation (PACT) Programme.

2. The Central Ethiopia Regional State, Participatory Agriculture & Climate Transformation (PACT) Programme aims to contribute to poverty reduction and improved resilience of the target rural households. The Programme Development Objective (PDO) is to enable 12,256 rural households (men, women, youth and persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in selected 12 Landscape and aimed to develop 12,860 ha land to sustainably improve incomes, food and nutrition security and build resilience to shocks. The Programme will be implemented in 5 Zone and 1 Special Woreda those are Misrak Gurage, Silte, Halaba, Kembata & Hadiya and Mareko Special Woreda, Among 5 Zones 5 woredas and 1 Special woreda. 3. The employer now invites sealed bids from eligible entities (bidders) who are Grade 4 WWC & GC above for four landscapes, for the execution and completion micro Scale Irrigation Project, which are being bid as a unit price contract based on the bill of quantities.

4. This NCB is open to all eligible bidders who wish to participate: Subject to the restrictions stipulated in the bidding document, eligible bidders may not associate with other bidders to enhance their capacity to successfully carry out the works.

5. The works, and the contract/s expected to be awarded, shallow well drilling, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar pump at Lot1: Batifuto and Midore Woja and Lot 2: Shanka, and Bendo Choloksa Landscapes bid security worth ETB 500,000 /five hundred thousand birr/ for each lot in the form of unconditional bank guarantee, or CPO.

6. A contractor will be selected using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method in accordance with the IFAD Procurement Handbook accessible at www.ifad.org/project-procurement. The NCB process will include a review and verification of qualifications and past performance, including a reference check, prior to the contract award.

7. Please note that a pre-bid conference will be held as described in the bid data sheet ("BDS"), Section II of the bidding document.

8. Bidders interested in submitting a bid shall purchase the bidding document against payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,500 ETB (one thousand five hundred birrs) can get full contact details of the bidder, to the following point of contact. 1. Interested bidder shall present valid trade license for the current year 2017 Ethiopian calendar and its tax clearance from the Federal or other respected revenue Bureau valid for at least at bid submission date & VAT registration certificate and all other legal documents.

2. Bidders provide 2% from the total price for bid security in the form of CPO from CBE  CBO....

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders i.e. two stages. The first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation & the second stage is financial evaluation.

4. The bidders shall submit wax sealed mother envelops which enclose wax sealed envelopes of "bid security", Technical documents" and "Financial documents" this shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes, and labeled as "bid security", "Technical documents" and "Financial documents". "Technical documents" shall enclose original, copy one and copy two of technical offers. And Financial shall enclose original, copy one & copy two of financial offers and all these envelops shall be produced in different wax sealed inner envelopes and labeled properly. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection.

5.The client shall not bear any responsibility for miss placement of “qualification document" in the "financial offer document" envelope or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain standard bid document (SBD) at the union office at the address stated below from 2:30-6:00 am & 7:30-11:00 pm from Monday to Friday and at 2:30 to 5:30 am on Saturday local time.

7. Submission and Opening of the bid will be at the office of the union at the address stated below.

8. The deadline of bid submission & bid opening (both technical & financial offers) will be;

-For technical proposal the closing and opening day will be on the 22 working day at 4:00

4:30 am local time respectively from which it is posted on the newspaper. If the 22nd Will not be working day, the closing & opening day will the next working day with the same time table stated above. Late bid shall be rejected. Working days are from Monday to Saturday morning.

-Financial proposal opening date will be after evaluation of earlier submitted or opened

proposal document.

9. The winner bidder must provide performance security 10% in the form of CPO or bank guarantee or insurance guarantee.

10. Only financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum qualifying point >70% /seventy percent/ will be opened on the financial opening date. The financial opening of the bidders who have scored less than or equal the minimum passing point /i.e.< 70%/ will be returned unopened. The client shall address the financial opening date and time to the bidders.

11. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

12. The financial document shall remain sealed and deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in the presence of auditor or any other authorized body the client, until financial offer(s) of qualified bidders are opened publicly.

13. The Committee assigned will evaluate the qualification of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document, by applying the evaluation criterion, sub-criterion and points assigned to the criterion in the data sheet. Each qualification document will be given the score points. A bidder will be rejected at this stage if it does not respond to the tender document or fails to achieve the minimum technical score indicated in the tender document.

14. Any Contractor who has termination history with the Bureau, Zonal Offices and other regional sectors and with bad performance (proved) in their past contractual period, the Client has full right to reject those contractors during technical evaluation.

15. The Construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 264 calendar days from the commencement date of the works.

ስለዚህ በጨረታው ስመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ፡-

1. በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መወዳደሪያ ሀሳባቸውን ጋዜጣው ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ መጨረሻው 30ኛ ቀን ከቀኑ 6፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ፋይናንስ ቢሮ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልግሎት የግዥና ዋጋ ጥናት ዳይሬክቶሬት ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

9. ጨረታው አየር ላይ መቆያው ጊዜ ባበቃበት ቀን 6፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

10. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ የሚውልበት የመጨረሻ ቀን በዓል፣ ቅዳሜ ወይም እሁድ የሚውል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ከላይ በተገለጸው ተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ታሽጎ ይከፈታል፡፡

11. ተጫራቾች 200,000 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ/ ብር በሚወዳደሩበት በየተሽከርካሪ አይነት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

12. ቢሮው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
